The home's composition is articulated through a thoughtful interplay of materials - Rockcote Graphex Plaster and brushed-grain Shiplap weatherboards create a refined exterior palette, punctuated by Eldorado Stone features that ground the structure in its alpine context. The Colorsteel Endura Rib Iron roofing provides a crisp, geometric counterpoint to the textural façade elements.

The spatial arrangement prioritises social connectivity and visual engagement with the landscape. At its heart, a generous lounge serves as the primary gathering space, seamlessly extending to a covered outdoor living area. This transitional space, complete with an outdoor fireplace, creates a sheltered environment for year-round entertainment—a sophisticated response to the region's climatic variations.
