As Slate's Business Development Manager, Luke builds the relationships - with clients, architects, designers and developers - that get the right people around a project early.
Luke is your point of contact at Slate. For partners, he’s the person who understands how to structure an opportunity so it works for everyone at the table. For clients, he makes sure you’re connected with the right expertise from day one.
As Managing Director, Dan leads Slate - its people, direction and performance - while staying personally close to all our clients and their respective projects.
Dan runs Slate day to day – leading the team and making sure the business delivers on what it commits to – while staying personally involved with our clients from first conversation through to final handover. With years of experience leading both construction projects and the people behind them, Dan sets the standard the rest of the team works to, and stands behind your result.
Beau leads the precon phase of your project - shaping the design, plan and budget before a single thing is built, where real value is created.
Beau works with you from the start to set your north star – the vision everything else is measured against – then assembles the right team of architects, designers and consultants around your project, aligning quality, design, cost and programme to driving the highest quality outcome.
Lee oversees financial and opreational delivery of all our projects.
Lee makes sure the commercial side of your project is run as tightly as the build itself. He leads the project management team and owns the financial side of delivery – tracking cost, margin and progress across our portfolio.
Brett runs your build on the ground - keeping it on programme, on budget and on standard from site start to handover.
Brett manages your project day to day – the programme, the subtrades and the on-site work – and holds the line on quality at every stage. He keeps a close watch on cost and workmanship, and keeps you across where things are at, so what gets handed over is exactly what was promised.
Jonte is Slate's Quantity Surveyor and Procurement Lead, responsible for project cost management and the procurement of subtrades and suppliers.
Jonte manages the cost side of your project from estimate through to final account. He prepares detailed pricing, procures subtrades and materials, and administers contracts and variations throughout the build. His focus is accurate pricing and competitive procurement that keeps projects on budget while protecting quality.
